What is alternative dispute resolution or ADR?

Alternative dispute resolution is another term for mediation.  Mediation brings the parties and their attorneys together or in separate rooms and a certified family law mediator attempts to negotiate an agreement as to all of the issues in the case.  It may be that only some of the issues can be resolved.  The terms agreed upon will be included in a mediation agreement and signed by all of the parties and it will be enforceable.  They can then proceed to a final hearing.  Contact All Family Law Group, P.A. for a free consultation for more information.
