In my Tampa Florida divorce case how do I reply to the petition?

It is important to seek legal advice before responding to a petition for divorce, as you need to know your legal rights before responding.  However, it is very important that you allow enough time to reply within the deadline given to respond. In Florida, the deadline to respond is 20 days.  If you file the answer yourself, you will want to make sure that either you admit or deny all of the allegations that are in the original petition.
