What is divorce or family mediation in Tampa Florida?

Mediation is a proceeding during your case in which the parties attempt to resolve the issues that are involved in their case with the help of their attorneys and a certified family law mediator who goes between the parties to negotiate an enforceable settlement agreement of all or some of the issues in the case.
