Who makes up the collaborative divorce team?

The collaborative divorce team includes an attorney for each party. It may include a financial expert, a parenting coordinator or a counselor and, if in your divorce you have any unique assets or if you have a lot of rental properties, you may need an expert at valuing these. Essentially it is the parties and their attorneys, and then any experts that are necessary to give advice on the specific circumstances of your case.
