A large part of my husband’s income is cash and is never reported: How do I ensure I get what I deserve?
It’s hard when a party’s income is mainly cash because cash is hard to track but there are other things that you can look at to track what kind of income they’re bringing in. You can look at their expenditures. You can look at how much money they’re spending on cars, on houses, on eating out, that type of thing. There are ways to do it but it is more difficult so I would say seek an attorney. Talk to an attorney about what would be appropriate, in your unique situation, but there are ways to track that money. All Family Law Group, P.A.
