Can I relocate with my children?

If you want to relocate your child out of Florida or to another part of Florida during a divorce proceeding or otherwise, there is a Florida statute that states that a party cannot relocate more than 50 miles without the written consent of the other party and that written consent needs to have specific language within it or a court order allowing a relocation.
